普利斯项目篇：万科七贤郡商业街·与自然亲近的新概念社区

良渚文化村位于杭州市西北部，该区具有良好的人文环境和自然风景，低密度、人性化、亲近自然、有机生长是这一区块的规划布局原则。普利斯主持了良渚文化村中多个项目的景观设计，今天向大家介绍的七贤郡项目位于良渚文化村之西北面，包括住宅和商业两大部分，整个地块背靠太璞山，随山体的走势呈南低北高的势态。商业街是该地块新近完工的部分，坐落于正在建设的东西两片住宅区之间，未来将连接东西两住宅区，形成集中式的商业配套区域。商业街由于地形、建筑布局和功能需求等原因，大致被划分为了南北两个部分。

南部地形变化较缓，空间开阔，为整个七贤郡项目的主入口。规则对称式的布局，偏古典的细节处理为这一部分的景观设计特点。作为整个项目的主入口，普利斯利用有声势的跌水水景和阵列大型灯柱等来提高入口的可识别性，配合环抱式的建筑布局从而营造大气而尊贵的场地气质。向北穿过建筑通廊则来到了商业街的北部。

北部的景观颇具现代感，简约而精致。我们在景观立面的色彩、材质和质感的对比上做了重点处理，体现了系统但又有细节变化的设计原则。七贤郡整体依山势而上，不可避免的要设置大量台阶和坡道。出于人性化的考虑，我们将台阶处理的较为平缓，并与休息平台交错布置，步行起来较为轻松和舒缓。台阶和种植交错穿插，最大程度的软化硬质界面，在视觉上也较为丰富和柔和。村民食堂、小庭院、儿童活动场地等与台阶和坡道相串联，形成错落丰富的景观空间，同时将餐饮、购物和娱乐等功能有机整合进来，吸引更多人流，“新街坊”的概念也应运而生。

驻足此地，不禁让人胸中满溢“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”的诗意，我们坚信，这里将是一个让未来的业主享受到与自然亲近、与邻里和睦，并且有着强烈归属感和幸福感的社区。

Seated in the north-west corner of Liang Zhu Culture Village, the Seven Sages County is one of the "new concept" residential communities contributed by Vanke.

The commercial street, which runs through the community from the south to the north and sits between the residential areas under construction, has been completed recently . The street, due to the terrain, architecture composition and functionality, is divided into two parts naturally.

The terrain of the southern part slopes gently. The main entry of the Seven Sages County sits here. PLACE Design Group mainly adopts classical landscape architecture style. The space presents symmetric composition. Impressive waterfalls and large lamp poles placed in arrays enhance the recognition of the main entry.

The northern part features the modern and concise style. PLACE focuses on the change in color, material and on the contrast of texture, creating a unified landscape facade with full of various details.

The Seven Sages Country is built up the mountain, so lots of steps and ramps should be set up along the slope. PLACE Design Group takes residents' daily life convenience into full consideration, and installs relatively flat steps here. Steps and rest platforms stagger, and steps and planting stands side by side. Villager canteen, small courtyard, children's playground are linked with steps and slopes. PLACE creates a multi-layers landscape space incorporating the functions of catering, shopping and entertainment.
